EUFOR Commander Major General Maurizio Fronda meet with the Ambassador of the Republic of Bulgaria for Bosnia and Herzegovina, H.E. Mr Valeri Ivanov Yotov.
This productive meeting provided an opportunity for an open and constructive discussion on how EUFOR and Embassy of the Republic of Bulgaria can best support the authorities in Bosnia and Herzegovina. During the meeting, EUFOR Commander Major General Fronda expressed his sincere gratitude to the Embassy of the Republic of Bulgaria for all the support they provide to EUFOR, and above all, to the citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina. He also thanked to all Bulgarian soldiers who are serving in EUFOR mission Althea alongside with other 24 nations. As major General Fronda said their professionalism and dedication are highly visible and recognized in EUFOR.
At the end of this productive meeting, Major General Fronda reaffirmed EUFOR’s readiness to maintain close cooperation with the Embassy of the Republic of Bulgaria in pursuit of common goals, emphasizing EUFOR's strong commitment to remain visible, credible, and impartial.
