EUFOR Commander Major General Maurizio Fronda welcomed visit of the Ambassador of the Republic of Finland for Bosnia and Herzegovina, H.E. Ms. Sirpa Oksanen today in Camp Butmir.
This significant meeting provided an opportunity for an open and constructive discussion on how EUFOR and Embassy of the Republic of Finland can best support the authorities in Bosnia and Herzegovina. During the meeting, EUFOR Commander Major General Fronda expressed his sincere gratitude to the Embassy of the Republic of Finland for all the support they provide to EUFOR, and above all, to the citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
At the end of this productive meeting, Major General Fronda reaffirmed EUFOR’s readiness to maintain close cooperation with the Embassy of the Republic of Finland in pursuit of common goals, emphasizing EUFOR's strong commitment to remain visible, credible, and impartial.
