On 05 May 2026, EUFOR Commander, Major General Maurizio Fronda, met with the Director of the FBiH Department of Police, Mr. Igor Marić, to reaffirm their shared commitment to a safe and secure environment across the country.
The discussion highlighted the essential role of law enforcement agencies in maintaining stability, as well as the importance of close coordination between EUFOR and domestic security structures. Both sides exchanged perspectives on current challenges and stressed that strong cooperation and timely communication remain key to addressing them effectively.
