COM EUFOR Major General Helmut Habermayer met with a delegation from the Netherlands Ministry of Defence on the 06 NOV 23 in Camp Butmir, Sarajevo.

COM EUFOR thanked Defense Minister, Kajsa Ollongren for the valuable contribution to Operation Althea with the recent addition of the Korps Mariniers Company to the Mulitnational Battalion (MNBN).

COM EUFOR also outlined the operational concept and roles of the Korps Mariniers as part of the EUFOR MNBN. During this meeting the current political and security situation within BiH and wider Balkan region was discussed in depth.
