On 25th August Commander EUFOR Major General Helmut Habermayer presided over the transfer of authority (TOA) ceremony for the Liaison and Observation Teams Coordination Centre (LOTCC)
During this official parade, LTC Lubomir Mizeraki assumed leadership of LOTCC from LTC Ondrej Ilisko. H.E. Mr. Roman Hlobeň Ambassador of the Slovak Republic to BiH was in attendance to witness the TOA.
