This week, the Romanian Military Contingent of EUFOR ALTHEA proudly marked Romanian Armed Forces Day at Camp Butmir, celebrated annually on October 25.
The celebration was honored by the presence of COM EUFOR Major General Florin Marian Barbu, COM NATO HQ Sa Brigadier General Matthew Valas, COS EUFOR Brigadier General Tibor Szabó, H.E. Anton Păcurețu, Ambassador of Romania to Bosnia and Herzegovina, EUFOR personnel stationed at Camp Butmir.
We are proud to serve alongside the dedicated Romanian contingent under EUFOR Operation Althea. Together, we remain steadfast in our commitment to peace and stability in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
