Today, 5 September 2025, COM EUFOR Major General Florin Marian Barbu, DCOM EUFOR Brigadier General Uberto Incisa di Camerana, and COS EUFOR Brigadier General Tibor Szabó met with Ambassador Rick Holtzapple, the newly appointed Head of the OSCE Mission to Bosnia and Herzegovina.
During this productive meeting, COM EUFOR and His Excellency Ambassador Holtzapple discussed their shared commitment to strengthening peace, security, and stability in BiH.
Major General Barbu welcomed Ambassador Holtzapple to his new role and reaffirmed EUFOR’s readiness to maintain close cooperation with the OSCE in pursuit of common goals.
