The Austrian Ambassador to Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH); His Excellency, Mr Donatus Köck, was welcomed by Major General Robert Brieger, the Commander of EUFOR (COM EUFOR), to Camp Butmir on the 1st of March 2012.

Major General Brieger and General Simeonov.

Major General Robert Brieger, the Commander of EUFOR (COM EUFOR) today welcomed General Simeon Simeonov the Bulgarian Chief of Defence to Camp Butmir.
An Honour Guard reception greeted General Simeonov after which he undertook an Office Call with COM EUFOR, where the general situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) and the wider Balkan region was discussed. COM EUFOR also briefed the General on the current operational activities of EUFOR in BiH, including the ongoing Capacity Building and Training initiatives which EUFOR are conducting with the Armed Forces of BiH.

Brigadier General Ernő Péter Siposs, Major General Robert Brieger, Brigadier General Zoltán Gulyás

A ceremony to mark the handover of the position of EUFOR Chief of Staff (COS) took place at Camp Butmir today, 28th February 2012. The ceremony took place in the presence of Commander EUFOR, Major General Robert Brieger, the Hungarian Joint Force Commander Major General László Domján, Ambassadors from the representative countries, Senior Officers of Armed Forces Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Senior National Representatives from the 24 troop contributing nations.

The British Ambassador to Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH); His Excellency, Mr Nigel Casey, was welcomed by Major General Robert Brieger, the Commander of EUFOR (COM EUFOR), to Camp Butmir on the 21st of February 2012.

Major General Robert Brieger, the Commander of EUFOR (COM EUFOR), welcomed His Excellency, Mr Karlos Gadis, Ambassador of the Hellenic Republic to Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), to Camp Butmir on the 20th of February 2012.

COM EUFOR and Ambassador Filip Teodorescu.

The commander of the European Union Force in Bosnia and Herzegovina (COM EUFOR), Major General Robert Brieger, undertook a courtesy call with his Excellency Mr Filip Teodorescu, Ambassador of Romania to Bosnia and Herzegovina, on the 31th January 2012.
