Invitation to all Media Representatives of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) on the occasion of the Commander EUFOR Change of Command Ceremony

Commander EUFOR, Major General Johann Luif will formally hand over Command of EUFOR to Major General Friedrich Schrötter on Thursday 24 March 2016. A Change of Command Ceremony will therefore take place in Camp Butmir on Thursday 24 March 2016 from 1100hrs to 1200hrs.

This event will be attended by The Austrian Minister for Defence and Sport, Mr Hans Peter Doskozil; EUFOR’s Operational Commander, General Sir Adrian Bradshaw KCB OBE; and VIPs and delegates from Bosnia and Herzegovina, the European Union, and representatives of many other nations. Commander EUFOR also invites all media representatives from BiH to attend.

The event will comprise of a ceremony at Camp Butmir. On completion there will be a formal statement to the media with an opportunity to ask questions as time allows.

You are kindly requested to arrive at Camp Butmir Main Gate Visitors Car Park (as signed) no later than 1000hrs on 24 March 2016. All members of the media will be taken to the ceremony by coach and returned to that Visitors Car Park on completion.
