Consistent cooperation and engagement by all social levels within a population are essential for a sustainable positive impact from the LOT concept in Bosnia & Herzegovina (BIH).
For many years an excellent example of this has been the open minded exchange of opinions between OS MEJDAN School, and the LOT TUZLA.

The principal of OS MEJDAN, Ms Nizama Hamzic, has always agreed to requests from LOT TUZLA to carry out Mine Risk Education training in her school.
In addition to the very important and informative lessons concerning the current mine risk in BIH, she also appreciates the short presentations concerning the business activities of the LOT which are thoroughly enjoyed by both pupils and teachers.
For the past 3 months MRE training has been carried out in conjunction with appropriately educated members of the anti-mine department of the army of Bosnia & Hercegovina.
