Change of Command in Austrian Contingent

On 4th June 2010 in Camp Butmir COM EUFOR, Major General Bernhard Bair, oversaw the Change of Command in the Austrian contingent of EUFOR from Colonel Josef Holzer to Colonel Johann Lattacher.

A part of the ceremony included the awarding of Austrian soldiers with the Op ALTHEA medal. The Austrian band “Jugendkapelle from Mooskirchen” contributed to the ceremony by playing selected military tunes.
