IPU Medal Parade Ceremony

On 14^th April, contingents from the Portuguese Guarda Nacional Republicana, Romanian Military Police, Dutch Marechaussee, Italian Carabinieri, Spanish Guardia Civil, French Gendarmerie and Slovakian Army paraded for their EUFOR Operation Althea medals.

The Integrated Police Unit (IPU) Commander Colonel Jose Manuel Santiago Marin, together with COM EUFOR Major General Bernhard Bair presented the medals along with representatives from each of the contingent nations.  The IPU Commander praised the professionalism, loyalty and commitment of all his gendarmes and police officers IPU and thanked them for a job well done.
