Today, 18 November 2025, COM EUFOR Major General Florin Marian Barbu had the honor of welcoming Operational Commander Lieutenant General Ludovic Pinon de Quincy to Camp Butmir.
To mark the occasion, Lieutenant General Pinon de Quincy was received with an Honor Guard from the Multinational Battalion, as the EU Anthem echoed across the parade square.
For the second time at EUFOR HQ, the Operational Commander was briefed on the security situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina and engaged in constructive discussions with EUFOR staff.
During these discussions, COM EUFOR expressed his gratitude to Lieutenant General Pinon de Quincy for his presence and emphasized his sincere appreciation for his continued support.
