Recently, the Albanian platoon from the EUFOR Multinational Battalion carried out a complex tactical training exercise together with the Aviation Detachment. The training was designed to improve joint procedures and sharpen reaction capabilities in operational situations.
The exercise brought ground and air forces together in dynamic scenarios that tested communication, coordination, and synchronization during tactical air transport and insertion/extraction operations. Albanian soldiers, in full combat gear, practiced rapid embarkation and disembarkation as well as perimeter securing drills immediately after landing.
These training activities are vital for building interoperability among multinational units and strengthening EUFOR’s ability to respond effectively to complex missions in Bosnia and Herzegovina. They also highlight the readiness, professionalism, and close cooperation that define our multinational contingents.
